SPR# OIHZ8SLKD6 - The fix addressed an unexpected result when @Adjust is used to perform a time-only adjustment to a date/time value on the day that DST starts or stops being observed. The problem only occurs when the time component is adjusted such that it overlaps with the time that DST occurs.
